Despite adding Carlos Boozer and looking forward to lead this game, the Chicago Bulls were reduced to 92 by the Boston Celtics who scored 104 points at their home ground.

The team grabbed eight rebounds.

Game stats
The Bulls grabbed 34 rebounds whereas the Celtics took 44. The Bulls took nine offensive rebounds and the Celtics had eight. The Bulls gave 12 turnovers and the Celtics gave away nine. Chicago took five fast break points and the Boston had seven. The Celtics
never let the Bulls take the lead and the only lead was taken by the Celtics by 18. The Bulls took 40 points in the paint and the Celtics had 56 of them.
Strongest links
The two players who outshined the rest were Rajon Rondo and Garnett who scored in double-doubles for the Boston Celtics. The Celtics gracefully outscored the Bulls in what seemed like blink of an eye to them. They scored 104-92 and let the Bulls drown to
their second straight loss.
Rondo kept the game in momentum for the Celtics and had an impressive show that kept the game going for his team. He posted 12 points and dished out 19 assists as Garnett clinched 20 points and grabbed 17 rebounds.
Friday night turned out to be a nightmare for the Bulls as they were reduced to their second straight double digit defeat. Boston Celtics must have rejoiced the pleasure of the same as they secured their sixth straight victory.
Quotable
A player does not feel any luckier then when his coach is pleased with him, this must have been a lucky day for K.G. This is what Celtics coach Doc Rivers said about him.
"The biggest difference [between this season and last season] is not only is not just above the rim but out in space for K.G. Last year, Kevin couldn't get to the ball in those areas, this year he can. It's huge for us."
Hats off to Garnett
Garnett shot really well and by 1:29 of the second quarter, he had no less than the 10th rebound of this night. He had 12 points at that time and in just a period of 18 minutes of the first half he had already secured his double-double. This produced
the first double-double by Garnett before halftime ever since he made his debut back in Boston during 2007-08 season.
HOT
Shaquille O’Neal fabulously played his thundering shooting streak. He hit five of his six shots and contributed 12 points to the box. After playing 67.8 percent from the field in 14 of his games, he is at the top among the Celtics.
Boozer gets booed
Boozer is back, or should it rather be put like, is Boozer really back? He was in lineup all the time. Boozer was off because he had a broken pinkie and now that he is back, the Bulls still can’t actually get what they needed from him.
Coming Up
For the Bulls, Saturday vs. Houston, Monday vs. Oklahoma City, Wednesday @ Cleveland. For the Celtics, Sunday @ New Jersey, Wednesday vs. Denver, Thursday @ Philadelphia.
