Good play
Warrick had his season high 26 points off the bench and Richardson scored 21 points. The Suns were scorching the Wizards as they produced heat that grew to a 58 percent shooting and out-rebounded them by 43-37.

The game was a big one for Warrick who experienced his fourth 20 point match in 20 games. He dished out 20 plus sizzlers in 76 games in the last season.
New and shiny
Earl Barron’s game was worth watching. He is new but he scored seven points and grabbed eight rebounds in 17 minutes of play.
Rookies under microscope
John Wall shot 4 for 14 and finished his play with 12 points, dished out 12 assists, and gave four turnovers.
