We continue our list of NBA players who have excelled with regards to their statistics and performances, but who have yet to win a championship. These players are regarded as some of the best in the game but the championship title that eludes them stops them from being one of the greatest.
Jason Kidd is another player in the NBA who hasn’t been able to achieve what he deserves according to many experts. Kidd is an all round player who can not only score and rebound but also come up with awesome and creative assists. Kidd is one of the best point guards that the NBA has seen with career statistics of 13.6 points per game. This spectacular player averages about 6.6 points per game and 9.2 assists per game. The diversity in his skills enables him to get tons of triple doubles. Experts say that Kidd has been a very good player ever since he started playing in the NBA, which provides him with a chance to be in the Hall of Fame. Though he was in good teams but wasn’t able to win any championship titles.
Michael Redd averages a good amount of 20.3 points per game and 4.1 rebounds per game coupled with 2.3 assists. Redd is one of the most talented players and without a doubt one who has great deal of skill to support the cause of him being one of the best players in the NBA. Though this player’s statistics don’t reflect the amount of talent this player has, experts still say that Redd is one of the underrated players in the NBA. With the accuracy and precision in his game, Redd has come to be known as one of the great scorers and team leaders. His achievements and consistent performances however, seen by the experts have put him in the All-Star player list and also due to which he was on the Redeem Team last season. This player has not been able to come up with any championship title, considering the fact that this player has never played for any team except the Bucks, a team that hasn’t won a championship title for a very very long time. In addition, they are not expected to win any title in the near future too, until they come up with something truly extraordinary out of nowhere.
One of the most popular players in the NBA today, Carmelo Anthony also makes it into the list of the players who experts think won’t be able to make it to a championship title. This extravagant player has recently been in the news regarding his future in the Denver Nuggets and finally it has been decided that he will be staying here.
Carmelo is an explosive player who improves every season following the season he became a part of the Denver Nuggets roster. Every passing year has seen him become a fantastic player than the last year. This extraordinarily talented player has been able to come up with career statistics of 24.7 points per game with 6.2 rebounds and 3.1 assists per game too. Not only is Carmelo regarded as one of the best on the court with loads of talent when it comes to pin point shooting or long range shooting but he also regarded as a standout leader with the leadership qualities that he possess.
The Denver Nuggets and Carmelo haven’t been able to make it to the Finals as yet, though they made it to the Western Conference Finals. Although there is a possibility of him moving to another team but the experts say that unless Carmelo stays in the Denver Nuggets team he won’t able to win a championship title.
