NBA Special Report: Some of the worst free throw shooters in NBA history (Part 3)
Coming to end of the list of the worst free throw shooters in the NBA, we have the top two spots left.
The second player in the list of players who failed in the department is Chris Dudley. This player is one of those who were one of the good players if you leave behind the free throw shooting. Chris was one of the best team mates not only for big men of
the team but also for young and learning players. This player was a good and talented basketball player and a person by nature but was a horrendous shooter from the free throw line.
Being one of the good players of the NBA, Chris is one of the two players averaging below the 50% successful shooting percentage when it comes to free throws. This player holds two records not other than that of terrible free throw shooters in the NBA history.

The worst memory that would surly haunt his player would be that when he missed five consecutive shots in a single game! Added to this were the terrible shooting he showed after he managed to receive numerous free throws as a result of lane violations. The
second of the records that he has associated with his names is that of being the only player to miss 13 straight free throws during the course of a single game. This player is another one of the players in the list who couldn’t manage to come up with many
free throws. In addition, out of the somewhat less free throws (1508) Chris managed to convert only 691 into successful points.
Experts say that the two records for the worse performance record that this player holds are those which none of the players like to be associated with. Anyhow, he is one of the players in the NBA who is in the top 2 of the worse shooting but still is one
of the good playmakers that makes him an important asset for a team.
Ok, so now, we come to the top of the list and the person who comes in at the position is none other than Ben Wallace. Ben Wallace with his 41.7% of successful free throw shooting comes effectively becomes the worst free throw shooter in the history of the
NBA. According to the critics, he is one player who had troubled shooting from the line from the start of his career. This player has been able to make 1074 free throws out of the 2575 attempts he made.
The main reason that many suggest is due to the fact that this player has small pair of hands. The worse form that he is in further supports the fact as to why he is at the top of the list. Ben Wallace according to many seems to be a terrible player to look
at as the usual things in his shooting are air balls. Not only this, but Ben is often seen violating the line. This sometimes leads to him getting frustrated that leads to even worse shooting when it comes to field shooting. The level of effect on his game
is so much that he tends to forget that he is playing with a team and looks to be playing all by himself.
The critics say that though this player is one of the talented players in the NBA but still he couldn’t be relied on. Unlike Shaq, who used to make the free throws when it really matters, this player can’t be relied on. This is due to the fact that one day
he seems to bag a few throws, some day he is splendid and on most occasions, this player comes up with nothing at all. Experts say that this player is according to them capable of not ever making it to top of any list but as for now, they want to congratulate
him for being on the top of some list at least.
