Fredrick James Carter played with the Sixers from 1971-76 which is actually his second team after the Washington Bullets. A crafty guard which stands 6'3, Carter was part of the 1973 Sixers team that won only 9 of 82 regular-season games, the worst win-loss record in NBA history. He later coached the Sixers for almost two seasons, from late-1992 to mid-1994.
