First quarter
The game started with the ritual of the ball being jumped between both the teams. Samuel Dalembert came forward from the Milwaukee Bucks and Andrew Bogut was the one from Sacramento Kings. Ersan Ilyasova gained possession of the ball for the Bucks to initiate
the game.
Bucks’ John Salmons was the very first player to start the game and he missed a jump shot as he lunged forward to make it. Dalembert grabbed a rebound for the Kings right after and Donte Greene missed the three pointer the Kings could have otherwise savoured.
Still lucky enough to have Carl Landry on board, his rebound gave the Kings their first two points that were made by Semih Udrih.
Bogut committed a shooting foul for the Bucks and Dalembert made the free throw to grab the Kings their first five points.
Tyreke Evans committed a shooting block foul for the Kings and Salmons dished out both the free throws that the Bucks were given.
Francisco Garcia made a three pointer for the Kings as Eugene ‘Pooh’ Jeter gave him an assist and they took the lead 25-24.
Kings grabbed a team rebound at the end of 1st quarter.

Second quarter
Omri Casspi missed a three pointer, Jackson grabbed a rebound for the Kings and Ilyasova committed a shooting foul at the very beginning of the second quarter. Darnell Jackson grabbed one of the free throws that came the Kings way and gave his team a two
point edge over the Bucks 26-24.
Ilyasova was replaced by Bogut (Bucks) and Landry was replaced by Dalembert (Kings) at 11:45 on the clock.
Bogut grabbed a rebound as he blocked Casspi’s jump shot and that regulated a bad pass from the Bucks. Nevertheless, Chris Douglas- Roberts committed a shooting foul and Dalembert grabbed both the free throws edging the Bucks once more 28-26.
Bogut’s driving layup shot took the Bucks from 26 to 28. Casspi’s dunk shot and Jeter’s assist once again moved the Kings further ahead of the Bucks 31-28.
With 34.1 left in second half and Bucks leading 41-38, Larry Sanders committed a shooting foul for the Bucks that evoked a free throw from Jackson for the Kings. It was Sanders’ jump shot and Keyon Dooling’s assist that gave the Bucks a four-point lead over
the Kings.
