NBA Update: The Lakers face defeat from the Spurs
The Spurs beat the NBA champion Lakers on Tuesday night by 97-82. Players like Tim Duncan and Manu Ginobili were on the benches in the closing moments absolutely not because of their worst shooting game that night. At the Lakers side its key player; Kobe
Bryant was seen absent from the game in the initial moments.

Things were really against the Lakers that night as the entire team spirit was lacking throughout the game. Tony Parkers was the chief scorer with 23 points that was his best NBA record; he made against the Lakers.

Bryant scored 21 points in the game and at one occasion, he missed 13 shots in a row. Bryant continued attempts but useless results have made the player frustrated and it seems that the player needs some extra support, practice or even rest to retain his playing
momentum. Bryant said it was as though the performance; he indirectly complained over the combination of the two time defending champs.

Bryant said he doesn’t need to speak about anyone else as he didn’t show a good game. He pointed out Derek Fisher's technical foul, following the arguments with Richard Jefferson. According to Bryant, the entire team players of the Lakes are quite moody. It
is to be noted that since 2007 the Lakers have lost its ranking to 21-10, first time due to ten defeats in 2010.

DeJuan Blair and Jefferson had scored 17 points each, whereas George Hill scored 10 points, Ginobili made 9 points and Duncan added 2 point score in the total. The Spurs coach said; both Ron Artest and Andrew Bynum had contributed ten points for the Lakers.
Interestingly Bryant was the first player who left the bench and marched backed to the Lakers’ room right after the time finishing buzzer sounds.

A day before the game, Manu Ginobili said that although the Lakers have lost few consecutive games but you won’t find any team in the league that would either underrate champion Lakers. Tony Parker said; the Lakers is one of the best teams in NBA as they reached
final last year and in my opinion we have to catch Lakers. Coach Gregg Popovich said; the reports of dissatisfaction about the Los Angeles are not surprising, as players in good teams are always unfulfilled and look for improvement.

It was said that the upcoming match would be one of the toughest for the Spurs in the season. Jefferson said that as the Spurs have been playing in the season, they don’t have fear of any team. However, rest assured that much respect to the Lakers as any other
opponent, he added.

The last game between the Lakers and the Miami Heat was in fact a battle between LeBron James and Kobe Bryant ended with the victory of Miami Heat by 96-80. LeBron James scored 27 whereas Bryant wasn’t satisfied from his 17 scores as well as his teammate performance.
Now the Lakers third straight defeat from the Spurs has made Bryant and the side more frustrated, they are expecting some motivation.

Amazingly, Bryant started his game with high spirit and made eight points in the first three minutes of the game. The early moments were showing that he was going to set an example for others as he attempted ten shots in the opening quarter of the game. He
scored four of his five attempted shots but right after he missed 13 consecutive attempts. While Hill covered the second quarter game and later said that, he just wanted to make a point that however, Bryant might be a NBA star but he will never back down from
anyone.
