Jermaine O' Neal to the Raptors or Elton Brand signing with the 76ers

thats a hard one, both will have significant impacts on their new teams, o'neal gives the raptors one of the deadliest front lines in basketball but i have to go with brand, he joined a young athletic team so he can add a leader and stability to them, plus they never had a solid pf but now they do, they just became legitimate contenders in the east
