NBA faces?

I downloaded the NBA half face thing so u can customize it and make half of your face next to the bbal players. i put my 2 pics together using microsoft word, but it wont come on my facebook as my profile picture. how do i put them together and save it as an imge?

i suggest using paint to merg ur photos together

just use another picture of yourself it will look much cooler
