Will the Denver Nuggets trade Carmelo Anthony?
With the Denver Nuggets and the Carmelo Anthony trauma going on, all of the NBA eyes are on them waiting to see what is installed in the future.
Carmelo Anthony is one of the most talented and complete players in the NBA who with his determination can prove to be tough competition for any team. Carmelo Anthony’s trade means that Denver would be getting multiple players as a result of Melo leaving.
The caliber and level to which Carmelo Anthony has taken his game, he has surely become one of the threatening forces in the NBA who just needs a platform to make his dream of winning a championship into reality.
The two teams who have been speculated as to have approached the Denver Nuggets on this issue are New Jersey Nets and the New York Knicks. Denver Nuggets are not in for trading Melo for multiple players but they prefer getting a player in return. They see
as Derrick Favors of Nets as a potential player who can fit the trade deal.
On the other hand, New York Knicks can expect Denver Nuggets to demand any player except Amar’e Stoudemire. Anthony Randolph can be categorized as the big man that the Denver Nuggets are looking for.
Both the players are very talented indeed and have a lot of potential. They have also come up with decent performances so far in the season but unfortunately they won’t be able to fill the hole that Melo would leave behind when he moves. However, Denver
would be on the roads of rebuilding and either of these two players aren’t a bad option to start from.
Minnesota Timberwolves and Ricky Rubio part ways?
Although there is a very slight chance of this happening but in this list news which has even a little chances of happening needs to be mentioned. Rubio is a very younger and talented player but doesn’t want to play with the Minnesota Timberwolves simply
because he would be too far away from his home, Spain. Rubio has expressed his feelings to play for an East Coast team so that he isn’t far from his home.
The Minnesota Timberwolves and Ricky Rubio parting ways won’t come as much of a surprise. This was the concern that some of the Minnesota fans and people all over rose when he was drafted by Minnesota. Some of the senior analyst said that he will come back
in some time and given the amount of talent that he has, he will at that time be at the top of his games.
Currently, Rubio is 20 years old and has a lot of time left to play. The Euro League in which he is currently playing will grow him further into a better player. Rubio contract with his current team in F.C. Barcelona will be ending at the end of this summer.
The question that arises is that whether or not will he play in the NBA?
The answer to this question is that no, he won’t be playing in the NBA as for now but in a few years time you will surely see him play in the NBA for a decent play-off finishing position team.
