NBA teams not bound any success in the coming season – Feature Part 1
A lot of trade and transfers have been made during the summer all over the NBA. For some teams the additions have made to their rosters during the off-season is only bound to bring them further success. Team like Miami Heat and
the Los Angeles Lakers have gone on ensure success by making key moves during the summer and will have a strong chance of title contention next season.
But for others, success is merely a thing to crave for as their current rosters do not allow them to have a strong bidding for next season.
Let us look at three of those teams;
1. Charlotte Bobcats
The first team on the list of teams not bound any success in the coming season are the Charlotte Bobcats.
Charlotte are coming from setting the worst winning percentage in NBA history as they could only win 7 out of 66 games in total last season and despite their promising acquisitions during the summer, they are not bound to fair
any better in the coming campaign.
They biggest step they took regarding their future was the drafting of Michael Kidd-Gilchrist as the second overall pick. The young forward out of University of Kentucky combined with new additions Ramon Sessions and Bed Gordon
can only promise them so much.
These three based on their talent may be able to get some wins for the Bobcats next season but the prospect of having a winning season is nowhere near in the future.
It is kind of ironic to hear that the Bobcats are owned by Michael Jordan.
Jordan, in his playing time, could not accept losing a game let alone having a bad season but his ownership stint so far has been a complete opposite. The Bobcats were the worst team in the NBA last season and are not promising
any better results this time around.
A lot of work is required with this current team before the young prospects like Kidd-Gilchrist and Kemba Walker may be able to lead the Bobcats out of the turmoil they currently are in.
