NBA update: Second Half Analysis: Los Angeles Lakers vs. Memphis Grizzlies
Third Quarter
Pau Gasol gave a bad pass at the very beginning of the second half. At 11.17 on the clock, Tony Allen stole the ball for the Grizzlies and Rudy g*y missed a jump shot attempt for the same. Kobe Bryant immediately rebounded the ball for the Lakers but missed
a three pointer attempt right after.
T. Allen clinched a layup shot as Mike Conley gave him an assist to further the scores for the Grizzlies, 50-39. Ron Artest made another bad pass of the third quarter that g*y stole immediately. Conley made another layup shot and M. Gasol gave him an assist
to make it 52 for the Grizzlies. Bryant made a jump shot changing the score to 43 for Lakers, while Grizzlies stood at 52 as M. Gasol missed a jump shot with nine minutes left to fourth quarter.
Gasol missed a hook shot and Derek Fisher grabbed a rebound for the Lakers. Gasol grabbed a rebound for the Grizzlies and Allen made a layup shot that was assisted by Conley, 56-52.
Bryant (Lakers) grabbed hold of the free throws given as Conley committed a shooting foul for the Grizzlies. Arthur made a jump shot while Allen gave him an assist to finish the third quarter, 79-62.

Fourth Quarter
Allen (Grizzlies) missed the very first shot of the fourth quarter. He was smart enough to rebound the ball back, clinching a layup shot for the Grizzlies, 81-62. Gasol grabbed a jump shot for the Lakers, struggling to score 64. Tony Allen made a layup shot
as Greivis Vasquez gave him an assist to score 85 for the Grizzlies.
P. Gasol committed a shooting foul for the Lakers and O. J Mayo dunked in to grab both the free throws provided. Lamar Odom dived in to grab a layup shot for the Lakers but didn’t succeed as M. Gasol blocked the shot. T. Allen committed a shooting foul and
Shannon Brown grabbed both the free throws provided to make it 68 for the Lakers.
Bryant committed a technical foul with 6 minutes in game. Mayo grabbed the technical throw provided to make it 94 for the Grizzlies. Barnes committed a shooting foul right after that and Conley grabbed one of the two free throws given to them.
Joe Smith committed a personal foul with a few moments left in the game, as Lakers were already losing. Steve Young (Grizzlies) finished the game by clinching a free throw to make it 104-85 for the winning team. Grizzlies took a 19 point lead over the Lakers.
