NBC shows rain delay even though its a TAPE DELAY?

Question

right now (7/2) they are showing a "live rain delay" which is supposedly interrupting the federer-aninic match. To fill in they are showin an 3 day old gasquet-murray match.

All this even though the rain delay is NOT LIVE! its over and matches are being completed. In fact, they could be showing the live-live Nadal-murray match!

Im sure its a $$$/ advertizement issue, but, do they think we're this stupid?

any ideas?

I agree it is stupid, however I also feel that other than complain, there is not much we can do, and they obviously don't care.
