Which is the best unranked team besides FSU? Why?

I have done 2 dynasties and noticed that both times Minnesota starts off 9-0.  First time I was Wisconsin and thought it was odd so with the 2nd team (Syracuse) I checked after 9 games and Minnesota was 9-0 again. That must mean something.
