NCAA Football Practice Duration?

Question

Does anyone know how long NCAA rules and regulations allow a practice to be? I know they only allow one practice a day - is there a limit on how long the practice can last?

OK right now they are in 2 a days and yes they practice morning noon and night. Are there limitation's during school. yes and no full contact all out practice is limited to 2-3 hours, but they are in meetings, film sessions,weight room most of the day. MOST ALMOST ALL schools practice in the afternoon. Just recently SOME coaches are going to morning practice not because of the weather, but because it has been studied and proven that most people retain more information in the morning.
