NCL pre-cruise hotel stay in Miami?

i am cruising on the Norwegian Sun..sail date is Feb 16 '08. our travel agent set us up at the Sofitel Hotel near the Miami airport. has anyone stayed there? it looks nice on the Sofitel website.

yes , i have driven by this hotel but never been inside of it.   it looks like a decent place.   La Rosa is a great small authentic cuban restaurant not too far from there. our hotel had a shuttle that dropped us to and from it.  if the hotel has a shuttle service you might be able to get a free ride too.
