woww. i have had these two big knots in my neck for the wholeee summer and my neck has been hurting in the middle of my school year last year and now I'm getting knots and it hurts even more.
these two knots are both under my ear in my neck. i have one on each side. ughhh.
how can i get rid of them, besides going to a masseuse "massage person haha" (i suck at spelling)
I'm going to get help with it soon and I'm going to see a doctor, i know they're not from stress cause i dont have any right now.
is there any way that will help them get better or just stop hurting for me to sleep?
i cant sleep with them hurting, they keep me up
