but that's a stupid reason to pick a college.

Ohio University is usually always in the top 2-3 party schools.  It is known for it Halloween weekend, they close down all the streets and it's a huge party in the streets.  I heard WVU is too. It's usually schools in the middle of nowhere, where there is nothing else to do.
