By Coach 8 hours 15 mins  9.15-17.30 change at Peterboro.

By Train  4 hours 30 mins but 3 changes.  Depends on what day and if Rail engineering works so this is just a  guide.

by train, depending on which service you get and how many changes you need to get, it can be anywhere between 4 and 10 hours
