  1. put cotton balls in your mouth or if you dont have plenty of those use toilet paper but make sure you have enough to spit out after a while and replace it with new ever once in a while. and dont swallow them. it might be nasty a little bit but it will work

  2. water..?

  3. I have never heard of this.  I'm not willing to say something is very wrong with you, but I do think you should consult with your doctor about this.

  4. Ok firstly clam down and spit/swallow now i don't think that you are dehydrated the body's sense of thirst is about a quart behind need so on the other hand don't wait until you are thirsty to get some water. And drink water before participating in a exercise activitythere is no such thing as "Too much water". Also drink water rather than drinks that contain sugar because sugar interfears with the absorbtion process. And only drink water not any type of energy drink until you can get a handle on this. Now go play the sport or whatever. I think it could be something to do with the Saliva glands (maybe they are over active). After go talk to your mom or dad and ask for a doc appointment. You also talk to you coach about it.

  5. I have never heard of this before but I would have to say go see a doc. Good luck:)

  6. oh y god its that weird dizease they are talking on Fox News Chicago

  7. your nervous

  8. dont spit, you may be dehydrated

    Drink water

  9. Swallow it??????????

  10. ummm go to a doctor

  11. If you're gaseous, then that would explain the vomit, but saliva could just be your glands working hard, thought I'm not sure. Try not eating anything that will give you gas when you have to play sports and see if this eliminates the saliva and vomit. Hope this helps.

  12. swallow

  13. Drink plenty of water, and be sure to get your electrolytes in. (drink gatorade). It helps believe me, I have that problem but when i drink gatorade it seems to help.

  14. it is your nerves....not too much you can do, unless  you would like to try some type of meditation to relax you, or even tai chi or yoga.   do your best to be relaxed and calm before you compete!!!   just go out there and have fun!!!  ...update....thasnk to whomever gave me the thumbs down, i should mention that i work in sports medicine and i work with a pro hockey team....this is nerves, you may feel calm, but you have all the symptoms of it having to do with your nerves!! please take what i say to heart ...also drinking water is still very good for you to do and it will help to make the mucous thinner, but drink the water all the time, even when not training or playing sports for it to work best.

  15. eat it ...........like a chew gum .....he he

  16. ur nervous and ur dehydrated so deink gator ade and water
