NEED FOR SPEED HELP?

Question

when i put the disk in and it comes up with the pop up that says play, Technical support, EAsy info and stuff i press play and it comes up with a picture of two cars drifting around a corner and then it just goes black and goes back to my desktop!!!!!! i got my key code off the internet because i lost mine so could that contribute??

the problem mite be cause the game is not compatible with your computer happens alot with pc games all the time   :)ava06
