i was rolling up the power windows of my honda accord and all of a sudden i heard a loud noise and the window fell about half way down and the window wouldent go up any more so i manually tried to pull the window up with my hands and it goes up some(about 2 and a half inchs from the top)then it wont go up anymore. i had already rolled up and down about 5 mins prior to it breaking with no problem at all. does anyone have any idea what happend to it and if so what will it cost me to get it fixed

  1. that's just the regulator assembly that's went bad in it ,when they break ,that's what happens,it will have to be replaced though there's no repairing those ,when they wear out that's it replace them, its not a real big deal to and not very expensive either, don't worry it happens all the time to all kinds of cars,it shouldn't cost over 125 bucks to repair this, good luck.

  2. there is a rope like thing called cinga that roll the window up and down that might gone loase so try to open the cover nd put back the cinga one more thing take it to a professional ok

  3. sounds like the window fell off its track.

  4. this happened in my subaru legacy... i needed a new motor. there is nothing you can do. tell your dad because it was an accident and take it to a mechanic. they can pull it up for you.

  5. It may have just fallen off the track, and that is easy to fix, shouldn't cost much.  If any other suggestions are spendy at all I would have this checked before you go buy any parts.

  6. You can fix it but it will cost I think just about RM 360!
