NEED HELP FOR SCHOOL COMPUTER PROJECT DUE SOON

u think adobe flash cs4 thing would run on this piece of stuff i got its a intel celeron1.8ghz from 2003 (its still good i never replaced any parts except thepower supply once) with 256mb ram and i have one last question i have to do a project for my class wherei want to just demonstarte the development of the atom (dont think i ama geek because i just haveto do this for class not an extra assignment)anyway so i want to create animations similar to the ones on this site
