NEED HELP GETTING RID OF ZITS!!!?

Ok does anyone know how to get rid of zits!!! I have tried everything and they keep coming!! I need help and fast!!! :)

Hi.

I have had good success with Neutrogena Acne Wash. The only problem with this is that it dries out your skin, so only apply to the affect areas then wash off. It has cleared most of my breakout.

I also like Neutrogena Acne Control Stress Wash. You can feel it working on your face, and it doesnt dry out your skin. Your skin feels soft after using it, but i find the other thing i mentioned above to be more effective.

The Neutrogena Wave kinda works, but only for small pimples. It deffinalty decreases them in size, but it doesnt make them completely go away.

I had also tried Noxema. It worked on some pimples of mine, but it eventually completely broke me out, so i wouldnt really reccomend this.

Another important thing is diet. Water is so important. If you drink 8 glasses a day, it will help flush out your system, that including your face and pimples. It is also a skins natural moisturizer. Green foods, and fruits like blueberries and apples are also great for ridding the toxins from your body. I also suggest a multivitamin.

One last thing is sleep. You need to get a decent amount of sleep so your body can heal itself, that including pimples.

Dont pop! As tempting as it is, it will spread the bacteria from pore to pore and create more pimples. Plus, it will leave behind a scar that takes weeks to go away.

I just discovered this great stuff!  It's made by Neutragena and it's called Rapid Clear.  You put it on once or twice a day and it seems to be working!  It's about 8 bucks.

well if your skin wont dry out a lot try noxzema triple clean acne wipes and if it will try st. ive's blemish fighting cleanser

and drink plenty of water and eat healthy
