NEED HELP! Hi! We have a Childesigns Shelby crib that is missing some parts to make the railing

Hi! We have a Childesigns Shelby crib that is missing some parts to make the railing go up and down. We tried going through products america but were told their hardware can make the crib unsafe, so they do not sell them for childesigns cribs. Does anyone know of another solution? I have gone as far as trying to find a used one on ebay with all the hardware, but have been unsuccessful. Any suggestions will be appreciated! Thanks!
