Question:

NEED HELP! I havent played soccer in forever and the halfs are 40 mins and only one sub. We only have 8 guys.?

so. what should I eat and drink before the game? What should I drink during the game to keep me going? becuase I feel like I could possibly pass out on the field....not kidding..help.

  1. Eat before your game, but eat healthier food. Eat foods that give you protein too. During the game, make sure to keep yourself hydrated. I find it helps to drink gatorade or the simple water. Always bring extra water to your games and maybe even one of those portable fans.


  2. Try eating vegetables and carbs and protein. Carrots with peanut butter is a weird snack, but it tastes good and it's healthy. Also, try some granola. And remember to drink a lot of water before you even start playing the game.

  3. Okay You get half time right. Okay Bring Water, Gatorade, and snack like a Granola bar. You might want to eat like something with noddles like spaghetti because of the carbs which will make you go longer just drink water  for the whole day and bring a lot for the game. Also you might want to bring a cooler with cool rags so you can put them on the back of your neck or like on your face or somewhere you should be able to do this at half just take it easy and you'll be fine don't like do any sports before you game or anything
