NEED HELP OR IM GOIng to go nuts plz Need it plz?

Question

I got a new comp and they put a sound card in but there is a problem with the sound card when i plug the speakers it works fine but when u put in a mic it doest work. but when u open the windows sound recorder an when u record the comp records by it self like a music or wat ever noise going on without a microphone pluged in. thnk you for u help

It could be that there is either a built in microphone on your pc, monitor or webcam or that there is a microphone port in your case that they have connected and is getting feedback on for some reason.

What I would suggest is check if your webcam or other equipment has a microphone built in and if thats not the case then take it back to the shop and tell them the problem and they should fix it for you free of charge.
