ok see we moved into my house recently but the realter left the lcok box on the flag thing. shes sahys she didnt wont come and get it how to i A. get it off and B. get the key?!?! please help me!

there are two ways you can do this

1st) call her/him and get the code to the lock box, open it up, and remove it along with the key.

2nd) cut it off with a pair of bolt cutters or a hack saw.  if you cant get the key out, drive three blocks down and throw it away in someone elses garbage can.

if it is the s***w on type (which realtors never use) i would call and get the code.

Buy your own lock box and lock it on the realty office door!  You will get a quick response to remove your own.

You should be able to find a "board of Realtors". I would turn her in.  You house is open to many people with that lock box there.  If nothing else, get a hack saw or bolt cutters and remove it.  Also if she belongs to a chain call the head office.  I would also report her to the Better Business Bureau.  If all else fails your local police department have bolt cutters are are likely to care if one of its citizens is in danger because of an irresponsible realtor.
