heya guys, can you help me please, i have just installed windows vista home premium and now its askin for the activation code, can anyone here help me please? can you tell me the code or what can do with my computer? thank you

is your vista the pirated addition ,if it is u can't just activate it like this .

if its genuine then type the code which u got with the CD  if it still isn't activating contact microsoft the would help u

The "activation" code or KEY came on a sticker that was attached to the packaging that the DVD came in.  Just type this KEY into the boxes on the activation screen.

Isnt it the one thats printed on the box that the disk came in? Unless you have it illigaly.

you first need to input the licence key, then you need to contact the Microsoft site (preferably no line) for an activation key. If it is not legal, or has been used before, this will fail and the machine will lock in 30 days. If it has been loaded to a previous machine it will fail, the original activation will be cancelled, making the OS CD useless even for recovery, and your machine will lock in 3days.
