NEED HELP!? What we keep me going?

so. what should I eat and drink before a soccer game to keep me going? What should I drink during the game to keep me going? becuase I feel like I could possibly pass out on the field....not kidding..help.

  1. just drink water before after and during. and make sure your completely hydrated before. good rule of thumb-you should be able to read through your pee. idk try to keep up your endurance by running a lot. thats what our field hockey coach says and she makes us run a lot and it really helps on the field.
