NEED HELP how can I lose my moobs(man b***s)?

I'm 16 and i have moobs :(

how can I lose them really fast like in one month or less

any help and advice is welcome please help me

  1. You should talk to your doctor.  You may not be able to get rid of them on your own and there is surgery for that.  How long have you had them?

    If you are overweight, they may get smaller if you lose weight.  You could try filling them out with muscle by doing push-ups with proper technique.

  2. lift weights. Concentrate on the shoulders and chest.  

  3. i've had your problem for years. i just ate healthier (fried foods usually are a main source for them) and hit the gym. i concentrated on my chest the most, so do more push ups or if you can join a gym, do more chest presses. do not forget that most fat is lost with cardio (running etc) so don't think that muscle will 100% rule out the fat.

  4. Push ups, push ups, push ups. Do as many as you can in one set, 3 times a day. Try to vary it up by putting your feet on the couch and doing incline push ups, as many as you can, as much as you're willing to.  Push ups place high levels of stress directly on the chest area working the muscles intensely. Don't worry about how many push ups you can do. If you wear out after 5, that's ok. In time you will notice your chest muscles becoming tighter, and that is what you are trying to accomplish, you will also be able to do more and more push ups.

    Dieting, will of course help, but can be hard for some.

    Buy 5 or 10 pound hand weights (whatever is more comfortabe to do lots of reps). Curls are good, as are dumbbell raises. Keep the dumbbell out in front of you and slowly raise it straight up until it becomes chin high. Hold it there for 3 seconds and then lower.

    You should begin to notice big changes in a short amount of time if you're consistent. GOOD LUCK!
