NEED HELP on Chicken Recipes.........?

My hubby and i are going on that Chicken and greens diet but i think I'm going to get bored right away.

can anyone PLEASE give me some recipes on different ways to make Chk with greens thanks in advance?

    Eating sensibly is the key to losing weight and portion control.

    All food is good for you if eaten in the proper amounts.

  3. wow is that all that u r going to eat? I would be talking to him to see if we could just cut out sugar in your diet

  4. Grilled chicken b*****s:

    plain

    topped with salsa

    topped with barbeque sauce

    topped with pesto

    topped with honey mustard

    plain and sliced over salad greens

    Ground chicken:

    chicken patties (eat with or without a bun)

    mini meat loaf

    chicken meat balls

    All of these would be good with greens, but I agree with other users that variety is just as important in a healthy diet as reduced calories and fat.  There are many lean meats that can be served along side a green or orange vegetable, including fish and other seafood, sirloin steak, pork tenderloin, turkey and lean deli ham.

    Your diet will surely fail if you dread every meal, so be realistic about your options.
