  1. very quite family place, went in may 2005 to Roquetas de Mar,

not to much going on for the night lifers just a few disco/bars   beaches wide and long and empty...........lots of flies about........ for info on your hotel etc. go to

    www.holidays-uncovered.co.uk

  2. The beaches in Mojacar are great and there are plenty of water sports of all kinds. There are night clubs and bars galore. You will eat like a kings with a three course meal including salad, bread and a bottle of wine and coffee for under 10 euros and as an extra bonus every day will be sunny and warm. I don't know the apartments, but the ones I do know have all been good. All major watersports including  windsurfing and jet-skiing. Hope this helps

  3. 8 on it here

  4. We went to Mojacar in 2006 and are going again later this year. The beach is splendid and most hotels have their own pools.Trips are available to mini-Hollywood through agents. There is a very good morket on I think Wednesday but your hotel will know .Lots of golf courses and tennis courts.Try entering Mojacar Tourist Information on Yahoo----you might find exactly what you are looking for .

  5. Just got back from Vera, near Almeria.  The beaches are sandy and the water's warm, but there isn't much shade, so you'll need an umbrella or other shelter if you'll be there all day.  Check out Cabo de Gata, too - its beautiful!  Be aware that it can get very windy and you may want to seek shelter during the middle of the day.  Otherwise, you can do just about anything in terms of water sports.  Don't know about Pueblo Indalo, but most apartments are smallish, with tiled floors and air conditioning.  Ours had a washing machine, full kitchen (but no dishwasher or clothes dryer) and was very comfortable.  BTW, Indalo is the name for the symbol of Almeria, taken from a cave painting found there.  Have fun!

  6. When we talk about Almeria Spain, we must not only think of the city, but the whole province that is made up of small but very important towns.

    See http://www.spain4uk.co.uk/places/almeria... for more details

  7. yes we there about 3 years ago very quiet but a very nice place  the beaches are good

  8. Look at the Spanish newspapers such as Coastrider, Costa Blanca News which has sister papers for Sol and Almeria.  You will see all the links on their web.  It is full of local news and events.
