can anybody please tell me what does this mean and about how much time would anybody do if find guilty?

also i think the charge now is this "ABANDONMENT/ABUSE CHILD " ok please i need help!!

.   The jails are full.  She won't be serving time.  She would get probation or community service if she hadn't skipped out before.  Now she will get intense probabtion.  Can you say whether she is truly stable or is she just floating thru life and not taking responsibiliy. That is what the judge is looking for.
