NEED MAKEUP TIPS!!! please :)?

Question

Suggest stuff that I can find at Walmart or Target. I'm on a budget lol.

1. What mascera can I use to make my lashes look longer & fuller without clumping?

2. What eyeliner works best crayon, pencil, or liquid (but I'm not much of a liquid fan)

3. I'm wondering what do you use for your lips so that theres color but I don't really like using lipgloss because it's sticky, uncomfortable, & way too shiny, I want a lipstick that has a little sheen but is not cakey or dry like normal lipstick.

4. Last, what product or products can I use to get "beach waves" like kinda wavy hair.

4. Pantene Style. This says it will give you curls but it gives you more waves than actual curls. I use it and i love it.

use Tresemme Weightless Body Extra Hold Mousse for lots of volume

step 1: flip ur head upside down and blowdry ur hair on medium heat until its 80% dry.

step 2: wrap 2 inch sections around a round brush, drying each section on high heat. Once each section dries completely, wrap it tightly around a Velcro roller.

step 3: let ur hair cool in the rollers for 15 minutes. then unroll each roller and gently run ur fingers through ur hair to get perfectly tousled waves.

As for the lipstick everything will be sticky..

Get a crimper or just normal hairpray and scrunch your hair.
