  1. 2)B

    4)c

    1)d i think

    dont no 3

  2. 1) C - an example is when the pituitary gland produces oxytocin in order to stimulate contractions in a pregnant woman who is ready to give birth.

    2) B - transverse is across. The atria are the "top" chambers of the heart while the ventricles make up the "bottom" portion.

    3) A - signs are things that can be seen or proven through tests (like paralysis) whereas symptoms are more like abstract feelings (like the pain, nausea, etc.)

    4) D - The coronal plane divides the body into anterior (or ventral) and posterior (or dorsal) portions. It gets its name from the part of the skull where the bones meet; which is called the coronal suture.

  3. I am not sure about the rest, but #4 is frontal plane also known as the coronal plane.

Also this website has really helped me in my A&P class just in case you are interested.
