  1. I suggest that you teach Garchomp a move like Dragon pulse. It also appears that there are many types of attacks you don't have like grass, ice, steel, and like poison. Maybe try to mix things up.

    Hope I helped!

  2. metagross

    arial ace

    meteor mash

    phicic

    hammer arm

    garchomp

    dig

    crunch

    dragon claw

    firefang

    tyranitar

    earthquake

    dragonclaw

    shadowclaw

    stone edge

You metagross, is great with some Atk and Speed Evs it will be a great physical attacker unless it's a mixed of both special and physical

Here is a awesome set for garchomp:

    Nature:Jolly/Adamant

    Evs:252 Atk, 252 Speed 6 Hp

    Item:Yache berry

    Moves

    Swords dance

    Earthquake

    Dragon claw/Dragon rush

    Shadow claw/ Dark pulse

ditch Stone edge since you have earthquake and replace it with a swords dance to give it the attacking power it needs!

  3. it's a good team but it needs more variety like fire and water types like a arcanine that knows flame wheel fire blast return and extreamspeed

  4. OK then.

Well the first problem I see is that all of your pokemon are effectively the same type.  You have 3 physical attackers, who are all reasonable to good at taking hits.  I would suggest you at least have one Special attacker.  This will help massively later on, especially with some of the EXCELLENT physical walls in the Metagame today.

Personally I would say Tyranitar was the worst one to have in the battle tower, so I would suggest swapping him for a special attacker.  A Gengar or Alakazam would add nicely to the types you can hit.

    If you pick Gengar:

    Shadow Ball

    Sludge Bomb

    Thunderbolt

Hidden Power Ice (If you can get it) OR Hypnosis.

    Alakazam:

    Psychic

    Shadow Ball

    Charge Beam

Hidden Power Fighting OR Energy Ball

These pokemon are both fast enough to pose a threat to every one of Palmers team, and the other pokemon later in the Battle Tower.  Energy Ball would cover Rhyperior, Charge Beam/Thunderbolt for Milotic, and Garchomp should be able to take out Dragonite with a Dragon Claw.  (If you make him hold Focus Sash, then you can definitely have 2 shots to KO Dragonite.

Definitely teach Garchomp Earthquake over Dig, it's more powerful, and takes one turn.  Flamethrower might be better than Fire Fang, just in case you come across Skarmory or Forretress.  Flamethrower is far more likely to help against them.

Psychic on Metagross isn't too helpful, especially if you bring in Gengar or Alakazam like I suggested.  Zen Headbutt works as a nice psychic type attack if you really want one, but Explosion would be nice, just to take down Milotic and later Cresselia when Palmer brings them out.  Explosion can easily OHKO both, so as long as you ensure he's not your last pokemon, this would be a nice tactic for them.

Good Luck beating Palmer.  If I can be of any more help just send me a message over here.

And to the guy saying ditch Stone Edge 'cause you have Earthquake.  Earthquake hits 5 types super effective, but between the 2 moves, they hit 9 types.  This is almost unparallelled type coverage from 2 moves.  Not trying to rip at you, just saying.

  5. pretty good team but id wipe you out with a team of water.so never keep all the same basic type try fire/fighting water/dragon and you can never go wrong with a sableye or a spirtomb considering they are the only 2 pokemon with no weakness
