ok so heres the deal im 14 and my mom jus doesnt trust me alone with a guys any more jus becase i kissd a guy but she thinks more happend wen nothing did and now im like in love with another guy and i dont no how to tell her he askd if i wantd to hang wit his freinds and mine but idk

Go to your mom when she seems to be relaxed and in a good mood.  Be honest that you like (not love) this guy.  Tell her you would like to have him over to your house while your mom is there to supervise you both.

Is this guy respectful?  Make sure he is with your mom and her home.

Then, don't hang all over him.  Watch tv, play games, etc.  

You have to build trust with your mom, by behaving appropriately over time - not for a couple of weeks.  If you can be responsible and mature (for your age), your mom should begin to trust your decisions.

Just remember-be patient, do the right thing, and you will eventually win your mom's trust back.

To begin with you do not know what love is.  At 14 you  just are really interested in this guy.  See if your mom will allow him to come over to your house.  Wath a  movie and eat some snacks.  after the movie he says goodbye and goes about his way.  You have to go slow and gain your moms trust.  Trust is not given it is earned so remember that.

Just tell your Mom and then work out a plan where you and your friends could hang out at your house with her there so she can trust you to make the right decisions later on when you are older and mature enough to handle going out with boys alone. Give her a chance to help you. She is your Mom.
