is there a way to put mini DV tapes on to a disk or memory card because my camcorder only uses fire wire and my laptop dosent have the right port!

  1. midnight_6 is right, but you don't have a choice between PCMCIA and Express - it's whichever your laptop uses.  They're not interchangeable!


  2. Buy an express card or PCMCIA firewire adapter!! Its the only way!!
