For those interested in learning about Natural Perfect Eyesight I am asking questions designed to lead people in Relearning how to See clearly and naturally. I will ask as many questions as people will participate in. I believe most of the information needed is available on the internet, but all the answers are in the book I have listed on my website. I will choose the most correct, thorough, and down to earth answers.

The Bates Method has no scientific or logical basis.  I would not recommend these methods for anything other than entertainment purposes.

yeah i agree with the others.  old, bad science, repeatedly disproven/debunked.

A system created and written in 1923, before the true science and physics of vision was fully understood by Dr's.

It hasn't worked in the last 85 years, and it isn't about to start working either.
