  1. kick him in the ***! he killed dale earnhart!

  2. Firstly you have to confront him and if he denies it then ask your other neighbours if they saw anything. If they didn't then it's his word against yours and could get quite messy if he's an unreasonable person.

  3. cut a hole in his windscreen with a glass compass

  4. Call the cops,Let them do their job.

                                 "BRILLIANT"!!!!

  5. Photograph the damage ,then inform your insurance company and inform them of the date and time, and how it was caused then report him to the police for two reasons ,1.They will record the incident 2. they will give you a crime number to give to your insurance company, if it was caused by his vehicle your insurance company will claim from his insurance company all costs ,if not they may take him to court to claim the repair bill plus any costs you incur as to repairs, travel and inconvenience

Otherwise tell your neighbour that you saw him damaging your car and tell him you want it repaired or else....

  6. I would say try to speak with him first (perhaps chat with other neighbours before that), then bring up that you are going to take action with the police if he is unreasonable, ie; get a paint check done (not sure the police will actively pursue this).

The neighbour needs to know that he must respect his neighbour's property and you should not have to pay the price.

  7. Wait for him to do it again, but this time, be prepared. When you can see that hes going to do it, get a camera and film it.

Before you go to the police you need some kind of proof, especially if this guy is going to deny it.

  8. Go over and talk to him about it.  Try not to bring up other neighbours cars as well as he might get a bit tetchy.

I would suggest taking a photograph of the damage to your car and (if you can do it without him seeing) any corresponding damage to his too.

If you don't get anywhere with your neighbour take down his name, address and vehicle registration number and call your insurance company to report it.  Even if you are only TPFT you should have legal expenses cover so that solicitors can pursue his insurers on your behalf.

  9. Go to your neighbour and tell him that you saw him accidentally hit your car. Point out that he may not have realised at the time but that he has caused damage and that you would rather sort it out in a neighbourly manner than involving the insurance companies and Police. Challenge him but leave him a way of accepting responsibility without loosing face.

If he fails to respond in an amicable way contact the Police and your insurance company STRAIGHT AWAY.

  10. tell him you sore him do it and ask him to pay for it.

if he dont smash his face in.

  11. Tell him you saw him do it and tell him you have a witness and if he doesn't pay up you'll report him to the Police for driving away from and accident. I did this and he paid cash and quick!

  12. He'll probably have some of your paint on his bumper so threaten to tell the police and say that if he does deny it and gets found guilty you WILL press charges. Driving away from the scene of an accident (however small) without reporting it, to the owner or police, is an offence. In truth I doubt whether the police would waste forensic resources on such a small matter but he might believe they would and own up.

  13. join forces with your other neighbour and confront him and then inform the old bill

  14. you should have confronted him as soon as he returned saying that you witnessed him doing it, or during conversation tell him what has happened to your car,and the others, he may own up or  let it slip that you are considering surveillance equip. so you have evidence for the police, he should then be more careful!!!

  15. Kick his sorry a$$ and make him pay for your repair. Then tell him to ride the bus from now on.

  16. Call the cops and they can match the paint from his bumber and your car.

  17. Ask him for his insurance details so you can make a claim against him. If he refuses to supply them too you, as he probably will, go to the police station and report what has happened, then tell your neighbours and advise them to do the same if it happens to them.

I doubt if you will be able to get him to admit or pay for the damage (anyone could claim for anything if this was the case), but if he continues to damage neighbours cars through his bad driving and they keep reporting it, then it should prove to the police what is happening.
