How about a cleaning business for homes/offices

pet sitting service

office work such as filing/chart making in dr.'s office/phone calls

bring farm grown veg/fruits to people and restaruants for a fee

you shouldn't close yourself off to jewelry making, babysitting and lawn service - as a teen, you are pretty limited.  Think of your skills, talents, and ask friends parents what they wish they had as far as what they wish they didn't have to do that YOU could.  Ask for roughly $7-8 dollars an hour.
