we really need your help! The 6th movie was supposed to come out November 21, 08 but they moved it to July 17 next year for no reason except that there was an 'open' weekend! So we are starting a petition to keep in it November instead of having to wait a whole year! Please sign this! Thankyou!

I am beyond mad. I am furious. I am soooooo soooo angry. Warner Brothers are the biggest money-hungry bums in the world. Of course ill sign the petition. Ive signed 68 of them today already.

Warner Bros still says it is coming out in November.  Where did you hear that it moved?  The previews still say November too.

Thank you so much for posting this. I signed that petition right away! To answer your question, I was completely and utterly disgusted with the desicion to move HBP to July. It made me furious! Once again, thank you for posting that link.

I will sign it but they're not going to listen. I have a feeling this was not a spontaneous decision on WB's part. I think they know what they're doing. Especially considering how well the last Harry Potter movie did in July 2007 (it made over 12 million dollars just at the domestic midnight releases and over a billion worldwide) and of course considering how well The Dark Knight did in July of this year and it's still going.

So this decision is definitely about money even though the whole movie completely done and is ready to be released! I'm so mad. I wish they would stop taunting us with all the new pictures and interviews!!!

I'll it sign because it pisses me off that they switched especially because they did it after releasing the first trailer on the internet but just a little FYI, it was orginially due to come out on Nov. 18, which would make sense because it would be around Thanksgiving which is one of the major release dates.  If you want to know the truth, my guess is that the decided for a summer release instead so they wouldn't be competing with Batman and some of the other big releases that happened this year as far as sales, which just pisses me off more and makes me wonder what's going to happen with the last 2 movies.

I signed. Yes, I am very angry! Tons of people would STILL see it and they would STILL make millions. Those d**n money hungry fools! Honestly, I don't think this petition will change their minds though.

P.S. Hey, your avatar has the same face, eye color and hairstyle as mine, how nifty = ).
