  1. atlanta falcons 1

    new Orleans 2

    Tampa 3

    Carolina 4

atlanta will have a comeback season after vick left franchise player dunn and hall now they got a better running back in turner new qb matt ryan who is going to be rookie of the year

new orleans  reggie bush will have an amazing season but the team will win the wild card and Shockley will come in handy

tampa bay well they will have a weaker season and jeff garcia to me will have a pretty good season but the rest will suffer

Carolina lets hope theta get5 wins cause jake is coming back and you no how dangere him and steve smith are but they will not be good enough to win the south

  2. Atlanta sux

    NO will be about .500

Carolina will be better if Delhomme stays healthy and go 9-7

Bucs will go 10-6 in a very weak division

  3. Well I'm not a fan of the NFC south but I will give you my thoughts anyway.  Below are my predictions for the NFC South.

Buccaneers - 11-5 Division winner  - Playoff Birth

    Saints - 10-6 Playoff Birth

    Panthers - 9-7

    Falcons - 4-12

As you can see, I have the division looking particularly strong with the exception of the Falcons.  Let me begin with the Buccaneers.

The Buccaneers still have Jeff Garcia, who has now become the leader of that offense.  They still have Cadillac Williams who a few seasons ago before he was hurt was a premier back.  They have good recievers that can make plays, and don't forget about their stellar defense.  One of the top 5 defenses in the league since they won the super bowl a few seasons ago.  Look for some key defensive starts to have a break out season.  I think with their defense and their rising offense they will win the division and make it into the playoffs.

The Saints will squeak into the playoffs at 10-6.  I think they have the offensive power they need to make another push at the super bowl.  With their new editions of Jeremy Shockey along with having Deuce healthy and Reggie Bush I think they will be among the top 10 offenses in the league.  Also their defense has new players, one of them being Johnathan Vilma.  I think if their defense can improve which I think it will they will be back in the playoffs.

The Panthers will barely miss the playoffs.  They have a lot of their veterans back in Jake Delhome, Steve Smith, and even Mushin Muhhammad.  I think their offense will return to form now with their QB back in the lineup.  Also their defense has been injured the last few seasons causing them to lose games.  With their stars back I think they will return to their form they were back in the super bowl era.

Finally the Falcons will have another losing season.  They are still not settled on a QB, and their team is in a disarray over the troubles with Vick.  They have had 2 different coaches since Mora came which does not bode well for getting used to an offensive or defensive flow.  They still have offensive weapons, but they need to get settled with their coach, and get the Mike Vick situation off of their minds.  Once they do that I think they will win more games..

  4. I will guarantee you right now that falcons AND saints will not win the division. It will be either panthers or buccaneers. It can go either way on this one.

    1. Panthers (10-6 - 12-4) *pretty solid team, also its either make it or brake it

    2. Buccaneers (9-7 - 11-5) *nothing really better in nfc south

    3. Saints (3-13 - 8-8) *team fell apart somehow, but not as low as falcons

    4. Falcons (2-14 - 6-10) *unless Matt Ryan proves himself

  5. Im not a big fan of the NFC south but i will tell you my predictions. Everyone sees Tampa Bay as the divsion winner but i dont think so. The New Orlean Saints will win this division. They have a better offense and a much improved defense. They will be 11-5. Next would be the Tampa Bay Bucaneers. They have a solid team. They do well on both sides of the ball. They will be 10-6. Next would be the Carolina Panthers with a 7-9 record. They have a great defense but they dont have a good offense. They have one good wide receiver. Steve Smith isn't capable of leading his team because his QB dont get enough time to work the offense. Last but not least, the Atlanta Falcons will be last in the division with a 6-10. They will improve but not that much. Matt Ryan and Michael Turner are both great additions to the team but they need a little more than 2 offensive players to take them to the playoffs. Thats' what i think about the NFC south

  6. New Orlean Saints

    Tampa Buccaneers

    Carolina Panthers

    Atlanta Falcons

Saints: This team has a power house offense and is why this team will win the division and be back the way they were in 2006. The additions of Jonathan Vilma and Randall g*y will improve their previously ranked 26th defense.

Buccaneers: The Buccaneers are defending NFC South champions and will make a run for the division title this year too. But I see the Buccaneers as a wild card team.

Panthers: The Panthers were a Super Bowl contender just about every year they had WR Mushin Muhhammad around. He is back and is ready to improve this team.

Falcons: I don't see any imeditate difference from one year ago. The Falcons are in a rebuidling process, and it will be great to see Matt Ryan step up and turn this franchise around.

The last place team from last year will not win the division this year, they will stay in last...again.

  7. Tampa Bay: Good team, great talent. Awesome coach; Gruden. Rande Barber, Joey Galloway, Jeff Garcia, Warrick Dunn, Cadillac(If he's healthy). THey are a great team that was beat by the Giants last year in the playoffs, not to bad considering they went on to be the champs.

    Schedule:

    Game 1 vs. Saints [W]

    Game 2 vs. Falcons [W]

    Game 3 vs. Bears [W]

    Game 4 vs. Packers [W]

    Game 5 vs. Broncos [W]

    Game 6 vs. Carolina [W]

    Game 7 vs. Seattle [W]

    Game 8 vs. Dallas [L]

    Game 9 vs. Chiefs [W]

    Game 10 vs. Minnesota [L]

    Game 11 vs. Lions [W]

    Game 12 vs. Saints [W]

    Game 13 vs. Panthers [W]

    Game 14 vs. Falcons [W]

    Game 15 vs. Chargers [L]

    Game 16 vs. Raiders [W]

    Nice easy schedule, 13-3

New Orleans: Knockout offense. Horrible defense. If they could get a couple of impact players on defense they could give Tampa a run for their money as the NFC south champs. Reggie Bush, Drew Brees.

    Schedule:

    Game 1 vs. Bucs [L]

    Game 2 vs. Redskins [L]

    Game 3 vs. Broncos [W]

    Game 4 vs. 49ers [W]

    Game 5 vs. Vikings [L]

    Game 6 vs. Raiders [W]

    Game 7 vs. Panthers[L]

    Game 8 vs. Chargers [L]

    Game 9 vs. Falcons [W]

    Game 10 vs. Chiefs [W]

    Game 11 vs. Packers [W]

    Game 12 vs. Bucs [L]

    Game 13 vs. Falcons [W]

    Game 14 vs. Bears [L]

    Game 15 vs. Lions [W]

    Game 16 vs. Panthers [W]

    Moderate schedule. 9-7

Antlanta Falcons: New, rookie quarterback Matt Ryan. The 3rd pick in the draft. I think he will be good down the line but not this year.I'm going to say 3-13, 4-12, or 5-11. That franchise is falling apart.

    Schedule:

    Game 1 vs. Lions [W]

    Game 2 vs. Bucs [L]

    Game 3 vs. Chiefs [L]

    Game 4 vs. Panthers [L]

    Game 5 vs. Packers [L]

    Game 6 vs. Bears [L]

    Game 7 vs. Eagles [L]

    Game 8 vs. Raiders [L]

    Game 9 vs. Saints [L]

    Game 10 vs. Broncos [L]

    Game 11 vs. Panthers [W]

    Game 12 vs. Chargers [L]

    Game 13 vs. Saints [L]

    Game 14 vs. Bucs [L]

    Game 15 vs. Vikings [L]

    Game 16 vs. Rams [L]

    Bad season. 2-14

Carolina: I'm predicting a repeat preformance, 7-9, 6-10 around there. They just don't have talent enough to contend. No playoffs in their future.

    Game 1 vs. Chargers [L]

    Game 2 vs. Bears [L]

    Game 3 vs. Vikings [L]

    Game 4 vs. Falcons [W]

    Game 5 vs. Chiefs [W]

    Game 6 vs. Bucs [L]

    Game 7 vs. Saints [W]

    Game 8 vs. Cardinals[L]

    Game 9 vs. Raiders[W]

    Game 10 vs. Lions[W]

    Game 11 vs. Falcons [L]

    Game 12 vs. Packers [L]

    Game 13 vs. Bucs [L]

    Game 14 vs. Boncos[W]

    Game 15 vs. Giants [L]

    Game 16 vs. Saints [L]

    Dissapointing season 6-10.

And there you go, Bucs will be NFC South champions.
