NFL- Head coaches under critics’ lens
Every year there are certain people in a particular sport who need to prove themselves. Others, however, need to work harder so that they maintain their position in their respective team. And there are some who need to join anew after performing with the previous team. People who belong to this category may be players or head coaches. Here, we shall discuss some of the head coaches who have something to prove this year. The fans and owners have expectations with these coaches and they need to step up and prove that they are worthy of. Following is the list of a few head coaches in NFL, who need to do something extraordinary to prove their mettle in this competitive sport.
Josh McDaniels
Josh McDaniels, head coach of the Denver Broncos faced a lot of heat from the fans and squad owners last year. Experts guarantee the fact that this heat is going to intensify for the head coach, who as some say, is the by product of Bill Belichick. Experts say that in order for Josh to be a part of the success stories, he must ensure that he has control over his players and does not let his nerves rule him. The past few games have been very disappointing for the young coach, as he maintains an unimpressive record of 8-8. Due to the little unrest that has taken place recently, Josh got rid of the big players in the team and now hopes that this move would play off. Competing in one of the worse leagues, Broncos will look forward to developing their team, with high hopes from the inclusion of Tim Tebow boosting their roster.
Pete Carroll
Pete Carroll, former NFL coach who recently committed himself to college coaching, returns to come in the line of fire facing the big men once again. Carroll starts his mission of being one of the successful head coaches in the NFL by coaching the Seattle Seahawks. The Seattle Seahawks themselves look to find some good positions this season. The Seahawks defence is a capable one with nothing extraordinary about it. With Carroll coming to a team in the division, which is regarded as one of the weak divisions by the experts, they might have a chance to come up with a good show this year. Reports suggest that the only tough competition would be put forward by the 49ers.
Raheem Morris
Raheem Morris is a young coaches who is the heading the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Tampa Bay is a team that is currently said to have collapsed from where it was a few seasons ago. This important and difficult task of rebuilding the team has been handed to Raheem Morris. This gives birth to expectations of the fans that they will again see the glory days by making strong draft picks and building a team that not only attacks but is also able to tackle difficulty while on the defence.
Bill Belichick
Bill Belichick is one head coach who according to experts has managed to cement his place, for the next three seasons at least. Although one of the successful coaches in the NFL, Bill has got a lot to prove to the people who say that he is getting older and his performances are decelerating due to his age. A large number of NFL enthusiasts consider that Bill has reached the point of perfection, and now, it is his duty to give out his best.  He is facing a lot of criticism for his decision that resulted in a loss; Bill has a lot to prove to his critics that he is one of the best in the business and can maintain the glorious form that he previously had.
Mike Shanahan
One of the most genius moves that the Washington Redskins were able to pull off according to reports, is that they signed Mike Shanahan as their head coach. All eyes are on the veteran coach, who will be looking to make success stories and guide the squad to Super Bowls the same way he guided the Denver Broncos. Experts say that with the upcoming season they expect to do good this season.
