NFL Highlight: Jets' Final Second Winning TD Stuns The Browns

For the second time in two weeks, the New York Jets seize a win in overtime, this one against the Cleveland Browns, 26-20.
It really was an exciting game, with the Browns dominating the Jets early on. The Jets basically lost the game, but were able to win it on the very last play of the game.
Now, let’s take a look at the Browns. Three weeks ago, they defeated the New Orleans Saints before going into their bye week, and then returning to stun fans in a win over the New England Patriots. This week’s game really was a competitive one, with the
Browns facing off against the number two team in the NFL.
The Browns really have improved a lot as a football team, winning a couple of games, but in reality, it wasn’t luck. Their talent has improved, the stability of the team’s managers and coaches has improved, and, basically, this particular franchise is on
the right direction for a future Super Bowl win if they keep playing as well as they have been.
With many good teams over the year, the Jets are not considered one of them. They have not had any glorious or astounding wins, but they tried really hard over the past couple of weeks, beating two good teams, both in overtime.
Winning these games may add a bit of confidence to the team, but the real problem with the Jets is their offense. They haven’t played against the best defenses in the league yet, and they likely will not perform very well if they did. If the Jets’ offense
had a day in which they do not play well, they are almost guaranteed to lose.
But the good news for the Jets is that they did get the job done, even if it was late in the game. Their good news is that they may be able to take another win next week against the Houston Texans if their offense keeps playing well.
The Jets were down 10-13 with 28 seconds left in the second on 3rd and goal. QB Mark Sanchez dove into the end zone to put them ahead for the first time in the game, 16-13.
Then, with 48 seconds left in the game, the Browns were at 1st and goal on the 3 yard line. Colt McCoy found Mohamed Massaquoi in the end zone, followed by a PAT to even the game at 20-20.
With only 22 seconds left in overtime, Sanchez passed them ball to Santonio Homes for the game-winning TD.
This was New York’s second overtime win, putting them at 7-2, with the Browns now at 3-6. The Jets have won all five of their games on the road.
The Jets’ next game will be against the Houston Texans, on Sunday November 21, while the Browns’ next will be on the same date but against the Jacksonville Jaguars.
