  1. I believe there are still two rookie of the year awards, one for Offensive Rookie of the year and one for defensive rookie of the year.

O-ROY: The easy choice would be Darren McFadden, but I don't think the Raiders O-Line is good enough to make him that good. I am going to be unconventional and say Matt Ryan. If I wanted to be biased I would say Jaymar Johnson but I don't know if he'll make the 53-man roster or not.

    D-ROY: Sedrick Ellis

  2. Jake Long

  3. rashard mendenhall

  4. one of these three

    jonathan stewart

    darren mcfadden

    or

    kevin smith

im leaning towards smith or stewart tho mcfadden is good but hes gonna share carries so either smith or stewart

  5. I'm gonna go on the defensive side and say Vernon Gholston.

If he couples the right moves with his freakish athleticism, he could be looking at 10 or more sacks this year. And if the Jets even break .500 for the season, I think that'll make the case for him.

Offensively....I'm gonna go out on a limb and say Ryan Clady in Denver. They're badly in need of o-line help and being drafted at #12 means he's expected to come in and provide protection immediately. Jake Long is the "s**y" pick here but I think Miami has so much more work to do than Denver.

  6. I think that is a pretty awesome guess. I agree, I think he will definately turn some heads.
