NFL suspensions, are they effective?

  1. No they are not effective. They should be bounced out of the league. Same in college football. They think they are above reproach, and will never change.


  2. I dont think they work at all. But i think players who dont follow league guidelines should pay fines and also a 3 strikes and your out method works I think.  

  3. Suspensions can turn into vacations, unless fines are applied. Suspensions are only effective unless they have a fine with them. The wallet is what hurts the worst.

  4. It cost them up to millions of dollars, so I would say pretty effective (though some bad people continue to be bad)

    But I think the Bengals are headed in the right direction now (slowly, but moving forward)

    Pacman, we'll have to see about him
