NFL week four predictions
Jets at Bills
After showing little in week one against the Ravens, Rex Ryan and the Jets have been one of the best teams in the league. The Jets are 2-0 in the division with consecutive wins over the Patriots and the Dolphins. The last team in the division is the Bills.
They should have no problem beating the worst team in the league.
Jets 31, Bills 16
Bengals at Browns
Carson Palmer hasn't looked like himself this season. The talented QB has no excuses with all of the weapons he has on offence. Sunday will be his coming out party.
Bengals 30, Browns 21
Ravens at Steelers
Two of the best teams in the AFC battle in a division showdown. The Steelers looked great with Charlie Batch at quarterback. Can he keep it up against one of the toughest defences in the league? It's going to be a big day for Ray Lewis.
Ravens 20, Steelers 10
Broncos at Titans
Not many people gave the Titans a shot to beat the Giants last week, but they did. Now, Tennessee shouldn't have a problem beating the Broncos.
Titans 24, Broncos 16
Lions at Packers
Green Bay threw away Monday's game against the Bears. Aaron Rodgers will seek vengeance against one of the worst defences in the league. Look for Brandon Jackson to have a big day on the ground.
Packers 42, Lions 23
49ers at Falcons
49ers were the surprise pick for many experts in the NFC. The team has great weapons, a solid defence, but no quarterback. The consensus was that Alex Smith was ready to make his name after being drafted first overall in the 2005 draft. On Sunday, he gets
San Francisco a win.
49ers 28, Falcons 27
Panthers at Saints
Saints were shocked at home against the Falcons last week. The Panthers have been shockingly awful all year. Saints get one back in the win column.
Saints 27, Panthers 19
Seahawks at Rams
Who would have thought the Seahawks would start the year 2-1? Leon Washington has been electric in the return game and Earl Thomas has been a clutch defender. Seattle should be able to get by a Rams squad which isn't sure if Steven Jackson will play.
Seahawks 20, Rams 17
Colts at Jaguars
Peyton Manning usually has his way with Jacksonville. He is off to the best start in his career through three games. The success continues.
Colts 40, Jaguars 20
Texans at Raiders
Texans rolled into week three and then were trounced by the Cowboys at home. This is a perfect situation for them to rebound against the disastrous Raiders.
Texans 38, Raiders 21
Redskins at Eagles
Mike Vick is back. The sensational talent has made a truly remarkable comeback to the NFL. The Eagles are 2-0 when starting the former Hokie star. Vick moves to 3-0 as a starter on Sunday
Eagles 24, Redskins 14
Cardinals at Chargers
The Chargers seem to start slow each season. At 1-2, San Diego needs to get rolling. Their window for a championship is closing. It is now or never for the AFC West club. First step is getting by the Cardinals.
Chargers 29, Cardinals 12
