NFL week two fantasy matchups to exploit or avoid
Philadelphia Eagles QB Mike Vick

Michael Vick only played three quarters in Sunday’s 27-20 loss to the Green Bay Packers and it’s only week one in the NFL regular season, but Vick is back and that spells trouble for opposing defences.
Last week, Vick ran for over 100 yards and tossed for another 175 reminiscent of his days with the Atlanta Falcons. Now Vick and the Eagles will face the Detroit Lions. If last Sunday’s efforts didn’t convince you, just look at what he will do against the
Lions and their woeful defence in week two. Vick should turn in a monster performance and make plays with his legs. This should be a productive start for Vick.
Miami Dolphins RB Ronnie Brown

Dolphins running-back Ronnie Brown is a multi-dimensional star. But he is going up against the heavily favored Minnesota Vikings, known for their
tremendous ability to stop the run. This means that Brown won’t have huge running lanes and even if he takes direct snaps from the quarterback position in the wildcat formation, the Vikings will be ready to shut him down. It’s unlikely that Brown will have
a good game this Sunday or be very productive, so try to use someone else if you can.
Tennessee Titans RB Chris Johnson

Chris Johnson rushed for 142 yards and two touchdowns last Sunday against the Oakland Raiders. But Johnson has a tough assignment facing the Pittsburgh Steelers.
With Johnson going over the century mark in week one, he extended his streak to 12 consecutive 100-yard games to break a tie with Marcus Allen, and trails Barry Sanders by only two games for the record.
But it doesn’t look like Johnson will have a chance at the record and he should be in a lot of trouble against the Steelers’ tough run defence.
Cincinnati Bengals WR Terrell Owens
Terrell Owens put up decent numbers in week one against the New England Patriots, the only problem was that the game was well out of reach by the time that he and quarterback Carson Palmer began connecting
on a few short passes. With Owens and the Bengals getting ready to face the Baltimore Ravens, things figure to be much tougher for Owens this Sunday. Owens might end up frustrated again because it will be awfully difficult for him to have a big day against
the Ravens’ aggressive secondary.
New Orleans Saints QB Drew Brees

The New Orleans Saints have one of the NFL’s top passing attacks and the San Francisco 49ers to put it mildly, were a bust in their opener against the Seattle Seahawks giving up 31 points.
The 49ers allowed quarterback Matt Hasselbeck to complete 18 of 23 passes for 170 yards and two touchdowns. With the Saints marching into town, Brees and his high octane offence can easily put up 30 points
or more. Brees should be delighted with his week two matchup with San Francisco’s’ poor secondary. He will keep a few plays alive and find his open receivers
